In collaboration with Bowerbird Philly we invite you to join us this International Women’s Day for a special night featuring two esteemed Iranian authors, Moniro Ravanipour and Fatemeh Shams. The night will begin with a brief introduction to the Philly Iranians team, followed by the main event led by Moniro and Fatemeh. They will share excerpts from their work and discuss the role of literature in providing novel insights around resilience and compassion around the Iranian identity, particularly in today's challenging social climate.

We aim to provide a space that fosters unity and compassion while reflecting on the uncertainty of what lies ahead for the Iranian people. Don't miss this opportunity to connect, learn, and celebrate the strengths of our community.
